Controlled Environment Laboratory Containers
Bootle Containers has considerable experience in the design and development of laboratory containers and environmental systems. We have previously worked with organisations, such as Vikoka, to offer a range of environmental container solutions.
Containers and eco cabins make excellent environmental response units as they can be adapted for all potential conveyance methods of handling and be rapidly deployed to a site. They can be pre-packed with equipment that is kept in one place ready for a swift response in order to prevent environmental hazards from worsening, such as oil spills. Typically, we provide 20ft and 40ft ISO containers that can be fitted with side opening doors, providing full access to the equipment.
We also design and construct modular cleanrooms and controlled environments for a number of sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare and scientific research. Ideally suited for locations where conventional construction would be too costly or difficult, we construct the laboratory containers at our manufacturing facility in Liverpool before delivering and installing it at the client’s site.
Each of our laboratory containers, eco cabins and environmental systems are produced according to the ISO 9001 quality management system and checked by independent classification societies to assure customers that they’re product is manufactured to the highest possible standards.
